Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable UAV Engineer / Test Pilot with strong hands-on experience
in fixed-wing UAV flying, VTOL operations, heavy-lift drone handling, and sensor
integration. The role combines flight operations, system integration, wiring,
troubleshooting, and field testing of advanced UAV platforms, including high-altitude and
long-endurance systems.
Flight Operations
- Operate and test fixed-wing UAVs, VTOL systems, and heavy-lift multicopters
- Conduct pre-flight inspections, mission planning, and safe flight execution
- Handle high-altitude and long-endurance missions
- Maintain flight logs and testing documentation
UAV System Integration
- Perform complete UAV wiring and integration
- Integrate flight controllers (PX4 / ArduPilot preferred)
- Wire ESCs, power distribution systems, telemetry, GNSS & RTK modules
- Ensure EMI-safe wiring, redundancy, and system reliability
Sensor Integration & Testing
- Integrate EO/IR cameras, mapping payloads, and multispectral sensors
- Validate GNSS/RTK systems and airspeed sensors
- Troubleshoot CAN, UART, and telemetry communication systems
Field Testing & Validation
- Conduct ground motor tests and ESC validation
- Support VTOL transition testing and payload validation
- Perform failure analysis and provide engineering feedback
Technical Skills (Must Have)
- Experience with PX4 / ArduPilot systems
- Proficiency in Mission Planner / QGroundControl
- Strong understanding of UAV wiring and power systems
- Ability to tune PID parameters and VTOL transitions
- Experience with high-altitude flying operations
Preferred Skills
- DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (preferred)
- Experience with long-range telemetry and RTK/PPK systems
- Composite airframe handling experience
- Field deployment in varied terrain conditions
