SCOPE OF WORK FOR VISUAL AUDIT AND AS BUILT
DRAWING PREPARATION FOR TOWN HALL, AHMEDABAD

1. MOBILIZATION AND DEMOBILIZATION
Mobilization and Demobilization of Man / Machinery /
Equipment's necessary to carry out the works at site.

2. VISUAL AUDIT
Professional charges for carrying out visual inspection of Town Hall and detailed report of the same.

3. AS-BUILT DRAWING PREPARATION
Professional charges for as-built drawing preparation.

4. 3D LASER SCANNING
3D Colour Point Cloud data acquisition for entire Town hall premises with the help of a terrestrial laser scanner.

5. 3D DUMB MODELLING
Creation of 3D Dumb modelling with the help of point cloud data in Revit Software. The deliverables layouts shall be provided by Revit software.

6. 2D AS-BUILT DRAWING
Professional charges for preparation of As-Built drawings of the superstructure from the prepared 3D Models. Only floor wise GA Drawings will
be prepared. This will include structural members detailing for all accessible and visible members only.
Note:1- Foundation details will not be considered in the present scope of work.

7. GROUND PENETRATING RADAR
Ground Penetrating RADAR survey to detect metallic and non-metallic targets in concrete. The working philosophy should be electromagnetic
principle, to detect reinforcement locations, spacing between reinforcement bars, and cover depth to reinforcement.
