Land Survey with Drones
The scope of work covers the UAV-based Aerial Data Acquisition and DGPS based survey
1) Ground control points(GCPs) for geo referencing. To ensure a good set of local
transformation parameters, GCP survey must be connected to atleast three of the nearest
surrounding and available geodetic control points
2) GCPs placement(Temporary markers) would be arranged by our team and also assist in
helping them place at locations as per our methodology
3) GCP survey report and results including quality assessment of GCP survey
4) DGPS marking to create KMLs of various land plots/parcels located inside Area of Interest
Essential Features:
1. Mapping will be done by using DGPS survey.
2. Mapping will be done Aerial Survey and Image Capture via Drone for 4cm/Pixel GSD
3. Ground control points(GCPs) for geo referencing. To ensure a good set of local

Deliverables:
1. Orthomosaic and Point Cloud at 4cm GSD in Geotiff format
2. Accuracy of Z coordinate shall be ± 10cm
3. DGPS Survey for Land Parcelling and GCP Data Collection for required accuracy
