Enercomp Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of HR strategies aligned with our company goals, fostering a healthy and productive work environment

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.

Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.

Oversee payroll, attendance, and HR administrative tasks in coordination with the accounts team.

Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement initiatives to improve company culture and employee satisfaction.

Maintain employee records, handle exit interviews, and process offboarding documentation.

Prepare regular HR reports and present insights to management.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist.

Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor law, and best practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and handle sensitive situations with integrity and discretion.

Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar).


Nice to Have:

HR certifications like SHRM, HRCI, or similar.

Experience in tech or drone/aerospace industries is a plus.
