HR & Admin Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support various human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance. The HR Executive will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRMS systems.

Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave, and related data.

Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Assist in organizing training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.

Support exit formalities including documentation, clearance, and exit interviews.

Prepare and maintain HR reports, letters, and official communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in an HR role.

Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (Zoho, Keka, or similar platforms).

Nice to Have:

Experience working in a tech, manufacturing, or UAV company.

Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.
