Responsibilities
Lead and manage defence and government projects end-to-end
Ensure compliance with defence standards, documentation, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with engineering, production, and field teams for smooth execution
Manage tendering, procurement, and contract execution processes
Liaise with government agencies, defence authorities, and stakeholders
Oversee technical development, deployment, and operational readiness of UAV systems
Ensure successful execution of field trials, inspections, and acceptance processes
Develop and implement training programs and operational SOPs (
Preferred Candidates:
Retired Armed Forces Officers (Lt Colonel / Colonel / Group Captain, etc.)Professionals from DRDO / HAL / BEL / PSU backgroundStrong experience in defence contracts, procurement, compliance, and UAV systems
